ONC was founded by entrepreneur Olivia N. Chase in 2004. The beautiful design of casual outfit has been Olivia's passion since high school where she was presenting her clothing lines at talent shows. Amber Hobbs saw Olivia's work once and it was the beginning of their long-lasting collaboration to bring the casual style to a prete-a-porter level.
